In almost 90 % of the cases, the Marvell Miniport driver is found on the support CD for the motherboard you have in your computer. Insert the CD into the CD/DVD-rom and then you should be able to install the driver. Additionally, use another computer to download driver. You will need to know the motherboard model and brand. Remove the protecting cover from the case, and read the version of the motherboard then paste it on Google and download the network driver. Remember, the download process needs to be done on another computer.
To update your driver, visit Marvell Support and locate your device using the form on the left. Make sure to select the operating system first in order to download the correct version of the driver.

Marvell Mini Port Driver is part of your network devices and components. If you remove it, you will not be able to use the network.
